Fox Lake is the first of the two day ticket waters that you will see when you drive onto the fishery complex. The lake is a rectangular one acre, old brick pit with banks full of shrubs and reeds, and a large tree that dangles far into the lake. The lake has approximately eight man made flat gravelled swims that are slightly raised from the waters edge. The water on fox lake is a colourful orange clay colour. The lake depths range from 3 to 10 feet.

Fox Lake is stocked with a large range of fish including common carp to 16lb, mirror carp that reach 15lb, ghost carp to 10lb, leather carp to 8lb, wild carp to 7lb, crucian carp to 2lb 8oz, tench to 3lb, roach to 1lb 8oz, rudd to 1lb 8oz, silver bream to 1lb 7oz, perch to 3lb, and some large eels to 5lb. Successful baits on Fox Lake include bread, meat, sweetcorn and maggots. Successful fishing techniques that work well on Fox Lake include using light tackle either with a pole or waggling.
The Rabbit Lake is the second of the day ticket waters that you will see as you enter the complex. The lake is on the left hand side of the track opposite fox lake. Rabbit Lake is two oval shaped pools joined together by a small channel that flows between a small bank separating the two pools. The lake is approximately one acre in size. The lake's features include reeds and shrubs on the banks, lily pads, a small island on the more colourful left hand pool, and a bridge overlooking a small channel that links the two pools together. Both pools water are colourful, the left hand pools water colour is a rich red clay colour and the right hand pool is a milky yellow clay colour. The waters depths range from 3 to 6 ft.

Badger Lake is the final lake on the complex, the lake is tucked away from the two day ticket water lakes. This one acre ellipse shaped water offers a relaxing feeling of isolation in the peaceful wooded country surroundings. The lake only has four swims that are well spread around the lake to offer large amounts of space to fish. The swims are flat, gravelled and are almost level with the water surface. Badger Lake is jam packed with features that include two small islands, lillies, weed beds, and banks full of reeds and shrubs. The waters depths range from 6 to 12 feet.
