The Beeches is located in the peaceful countryside in between the coutry villages of Peasmarsh and Wittersham. It can be found a quarter of mile north of blackwall bridge on the left hand side of the road from Peasmarsh to Wittersham. The lake covers aproximately 1-2 acres of water. The water hosts a lot of match fish which include tench to 3lb, roach to 1lb, and rudd to 1lb. The water also supports a number of small carp that reach upto 12lb and some large perch to 4lb. The water can be prone to heavy weed growth through the summer months. The water is owned by Clive Vale Angling Club and is for members only.
