Samson Pond

Samson Pond is the first water that you will see once on the farm, located next to the main car park. This 1/4 acre lake contains 5 swims. The ponds depths range from 3 feet in the margins to 7 feet in the centre of the lake. The pond is surrounded with reeds and overhanging shrubbery in the margins. Match bookings and corporate events are available on this lake. The water is stocked with a lot of small carp and tench weighing 1lb to 3lb.

Pear Tree Lake

Pear Tree Lake is a long, oval shaped lake that is approximately 1 acre in size. The swims are small wooden platforms built into a flat bank that are raised slightly from the waters edge.

Woodside Pond

Woodside Pond is a small natural pond set in the edge of woodland next to Pear Tree Lake. The pond contains heavy amounts of trees and shrubbery on the far side whilst fairly open on the near side. The pond also has patches of reeds and lilies. There are only a couple of swims on this water.

Nicks Lake

Nicks Lake is a flat fairly open lake with 37 swims, 6 of which are suitable for disabled anglers. The swims are generally wooden platform swims raised slightly from the waters edge. The lakes features include islands and reeds. The lake contains a good number of carp between 8oz and 8lb, and a large number of bream, tench, roach, rudd and perch.

Hennicker Pond

This lake is a sheltered 1/2 acre water with 8 swims. The lakes features includes overhanging trees and shrubbery, lilies, and reeds. The swims at the car park end are at the bottom of a steep bank, where as the swims the other end are on flat wooden platforms.

Bramley Lake

This lake is an open one acre oval shaped water with 22 swims. The lakes features includes reeds in the margins and a large island. The maximum depth of this water is 2.1 metres but with many shelves and variations. This lake is packed with small carp and some good sized roach.

Finches Pond

This lake is a sheltered 3/4 acre water with 11 swims set in woodland. The lakes features includes overhanging trees and shrubbery, reeds and two islands. There are ranging depths throughout the lake. The lake contains a number of high double figured carp.

Farm Reservoir

This reservoir is a fairly open 2 acre water with 31 swims. The lake has a couple of shelves of 3 foot to 6 foot in depth, with the deepest parts of the reservoir reaching 12 foot.
