Duncton Mill Trout Fishing Lakes

Duncton Mill is a beautiful trout fishery located in Duncton near the small town of Petworth, West Sussex. The fishery is made up of 4 trout fishing lakes that are stocked with some quality fighting Rainbow trout, Brown trout and Tiger trout that weigh 2lb upwards. The picturesque setting and stunning wildlife all adds to the days fishing.

Facilities
Fishing tackle shop that stocks essential fly fishing tackle and equipment, waistcoats, nets.... Weighing room, club house with coffee, ample parking, ladies and gents toilets.

Other Corporate Activities
Archery, Clay pigeon shooting, axe throwing, skittles, trout farm tour.

Duncton Mill Fishery also run a well established trout farm supplying their hard fighting Rainbow and Brown trout to syndicate waters and large reservoirs.

The fishery is spring fed from the South Downs with gin clear water and has well made up swims as can be seen in the photograph below.

From London:

Take the M25 to Exit Number 9. Follow the A24 south. Take the A272 west to Petworth. Take the A285 4 miles south to Duncton. Pass through the village of Duncton, past the Cricketer’s Pub and past Seaford College. At the base of the South Downs, take left turnoff signposted ‘Sutton’ and with green Duncton Mill sign.

From Chichester:

Take A27 eastbound. Take A285 turnoff north towards Petworth. At the base of Duncton Hill take sharp right turnoff signposted ‘Sutton’.

From Brighton:

Take A27 westbound. Take A285 turnoff north towards Petworth. At the base of Duncton Hill take sharp right turnoff signposted ‘Sutton’.
