Booking System Privacy Information
If you use our booking system, we may collect personal information needed to manage your reservation. This can include the lead angler's name, email address, telephone number, selected fishery, booking date, ticket choice and the number of anglers in the party.
We use this information to:
- create and manage a temporary booking hold;
- contact you about your booking if needed; and
- administer and support the booking service.
Temporary booking holds are designed to expire automatically after a short period if they are not completed. Expired temporary holds are routinely cleared from the live booking data. We aim to keep the information held at this stage to the minimum necessary to operate the service.
If a booking is confirmed, we may keep the relevant booking details for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the booking, deal with customer service queries, and meet any legal, accounting or record-keeping obligations.
If you have any questions about booking data, or would like to request access to or deletion of your personal information where applicable, please contact us using the details provided on this website.
Cookies
Our booking system does not currently set its own cookies for storing booking selections or customer details. Instead, during the booking process, the site may temporarily use your browser's session storage to remember selected dates, ticket choices and confirmation details while you move between booking pages in the same browser session.
