Court Farm Fishery is located in Reading, Berkshire and is made up of 3 fishing lakes that have become popular for match fishing and Carp fishing. The lakes hold a mix of good size Bream, Perch, Tench, Roach and Rudd along with nice size specimen Carp to 30lb+ (lake record 36lb).

Court Farm Fishing Lakes is run on an annual season ticket.

No day tickets.

Fishing Lakes

Lake 1 - ideal for all levels of anglers, match weights in winter have been up to 90lbs.

Tips: a good method is method feeder, float fishing up in the water.


Lake 2 - located within metres from the car park, this lake is slightly more challenging than lake 1 and holds good quality fish.

Tips: a good method for lake 2 is pellet waggler and method feeder. Baits that work well are sweetcorn, pellets, prawns, maggots and bread.


Lake 3 - specimen lake with tench to 10lb and carp to 30lb+ (over 18’s only).

Tips: a good option is to fish the margins and shelves. Popular baits for lake 3 are dog biscuits, bread, meat, corn and prawns.
