Burywood Lake

Burywood Lake also referred to as the Specimen Lake is a 1 1/2 acre oval shaped lake constructed on a hillside around a central island. Bury Wood Lake is surrounded on one side by woodlands. The lake has a maximum depth of 10ft. There are approximately 10 swims which are generally flat and low to the waters edge. Specimen fish are stocked including Carp up to 25lb, Tench up to 8lb, Roach and Perch to over 3lb.

Brookhouse Lake

Lake Depth: 5ft
Swims: 36

Brookhouse Lake is a 2 1/2 acre stream fed lake constructed around two dominant islands located in the centre of the lake. Brookhouse Lake has average depths of 4ft. There are 36 pegs available for club and match bookings. The swims consist of several paving slabs placed together to create a flat swim. The lake is stocked with Roach, Skimmers, Perch, Tench, Bream and some Carp.

This lake is known as the Catfish lake with the water holding a number of Catfish including a couple which have topped the 100lb weight.

This lake must be pre-booked to fish.

Spring Lake

Lake Size: 3 acres
Lake Depth: 5ft
Swims: 36

Spring Lake is the furthest lake from the car park. Spring Lake is a 3 acre spring fed lake constructed around two central islands with an average depth of 4ft. Heavily stocked with many species of Carp up to 30lb+, Tench to 8lbs and Golden Orge to 5lbs.

There are 36 pegs which are available for club and match bookings. The swims consist of several paving slabs placed together to create a flat swim.

From Hastings: Take the A27 towards Brighton, until you reach the large Polegate roundabout, turn right onto the A22, follow the A22 to Uckfield. Turn right onto the B2102 towards Framfield / Blackboys, follow the road until you reach a pub called the "Hare and Hounds"? found on a sharp corner, turn right here onto a lane called Brookhouse Road, follow this road for a bit, you will find Framfield Fishery in a dip on the right hand side (previously there is no sign).

From Brighton: Take the A27 towards Hastings, until you reach the large Polegate roundabout, go straight accross onto the A22, follow the A22 to Uckfield. Turn right onto the B2102 towards Framfield / Blackboys, follow the road until you reach a pub called the "Hare and Hounds"? found on a sharp corner, turn right here onto a lane called Brookhouse Road, follow this road for a bit, you will find Framfield Fishery in a dip on the right hand side (previously there is no sign).

From Crowborough: Take the A26 towards Uckfield which then joins onto the A22, once at Uckfield Turn left onto the B2102 towards Framfield / Blackboys, follow the road until you reach a pub called the "Hare and Hounds"? found on a sharp corner, turn right here onto a lane called Brookhouse Road, follow this road for a bit, you will find Framfield Fishery in a dip on the right hand side (previously there is no sign).
