Gang Warily Coarse Fishing Ponds

Gang Warily is a large leisure complex in Fawley, Southampton offering coarse fishing on 2 ponds alongside other facilities including golf, squash, badminton, bowls and a fitness suite. The main Gang Warily Pond is stocked with Carp to 26lb plus Tench, Roach and Rudd. The pond features lily beds, an island, drop-offs and reed banks making it ideal for carp and match anglers.

The smaller Holbury Manor Pond is horseshoe shaped and provides a tranquil setting for fishing. Both ponds are managed by Fawley Parish Council and permits must be purchased from reception before fishing.

*Permits can be purchased from Reception at Gang Warily Recreation Centre.
*Ticket allows fishing of both Gang Warily and Holbury Manor Ponds.
*No fishing 1pm-5pm Wed/Sun (Model Boat Club times), but rear of pond is available.
*Dawn to dusk only - No night fishing permitted.

Gang Warily Pond - The largest pond at the complex with lily beds, island, drop-offs and reed banks. Well stocked with specimen Carp to 26lb, Tench, Rudd and Roach. Perfect for carp and match anglers.


Holbury Manor Pond - A horseshoe shaped lake sheltered by trees providing a tranquil and relaxing setting. Well stocked with Carp, Tench, Roach and Rudd, ideal for anglers of all ages.
