Nettlecombe Farm

Located within the heart of the Isle of Wight countryside is the award winning Nettlecombe Farm. A venue which has 3 coarse fishing lakes and offers holiday accommodation with free fishing on the lakes to its guests, alternatively for non-staying guests day fishing tickets can be purchased.

Fishing

The 3 lakes on Nettlecombe Farm cover around 1 ½ acres and are well stocked with carp to 20lb, tench and roach. The lakes are man made have now matured and naturalised with the surroundings.

Guests staying at Nettlecombe farm fish free, public can visit on a day ticket basis for a small charge. Parking and toilets are available right next to the lake. Anglers can enjoy fishing from dawn to dusk.

Farm Animals
Nettlecombe Farm still runs as a working farm and has a number of farm residents that need feeding, which is a great opportunity for children to interact and feed the farm animals. You are welcome to feed the animals from May to September during morning feeding, tours take place Monday-Friday.

- Chickens (including collecting eggs)
- Guinea Fowl
- Geese
- Pig
- Emu
- Donkeys
- Goats
- Rabbits

Function Barn
A recently converted function barn is available for workshops, conferences, meetings, corporate events, leisure activities etc..

charming 2 storey cottage with 4 bedrooms that sleeps up to eight. Cottage is fully self-contained with its own entrance.

Forge Cottage (sleeps three)
A 2 bedroom that sleeps up to three. This property is a converted blacksmiths forge. Fully self-contained with its own entrance.

Nettlecombe offer a number of different guest houses including Barn and Stables, Cottages and The Farmhouse.
