Dorset Arms Angling Club
Dorset Arms Angling Club controls a selection of freshwater coarse fishing lakes and rivers in the South East
counties of Kent and East Sussex. The clubs fishing waters are set in beautiful surroundings offering relaxation
surrounded by some great wildlife.

Junior (16-17yrs) : £14.00
children (under 16) : FREE
*Club memberships are valid from 1st May for the season.
*Under 13's must be accompanied by a Senior Member.

Dorset Arms Angling Club Lakes
Burrswood Coarse Fishing Lakes
Burrswood Coarse Fishing Lakes are made up of two waters stocked with carp, perch, roach and bream.
Claygate Fishing Lakes, near Marden
Claygate Fishing Lakes is a Kent day ticket fishing water with large bream to 11lb+, tench to 9lb+, carp to 39lb+, barbel and chub.




Orchard Place Farm Lakes, Paddock Wood
Members are able to fish lakes 5, 6 and 10 (which are match lakes) Monday to Friday (including Bank Holidays) using one rod/pole.






Ticehurst House, Ticehurst
Common carp, mirror carp, tench, pike, perch, roach, rudd.
Dorset Arms Angling Club Rivers
Eridge Stream, Kent (Club Only)
A charming little stream, ideal for anglers that enjoy fishing for both trout, chub, roach, perch, grayling and the odd pike.
River Medway, Kent
The River Medway runs from Sussex through Kent to where it flows into the Thames Estuary. Fish species include good carp, eels, pike, tench, roach, rudd, perch and chub. Sizes of fish varies as with all rivers they are a bit of an unknown.
River Rother
The River Rother runs from Rotherfield through Kent and East Sussex to the idyllic town of Rye where the rivers mouth can be found. The water holds a mix of fish species and is very popular with Pike anglers. A number of clubs have access to the river who often run match fishing competitions.
Royal Military Canal
The Military Canal holds the usual array of freshwater fish found in rivers around the UK with some large Carp and Pike, Perch, Eels and Tench as well as Roach and Rudd.
