Dean House Farm Fishing Lakes
Dean House Farm Fishing Lakes is part of the Newdigate Estates fishery complex in Surrey and offers six day ticket waters:
Snake Lake, Paddock Lake, Copse Lake, Centre Lake.
Newdigate Estates Fishery also has Guinea Lake and Bean Lake which are
located on Greens Farm, a separate fishery within the Newdigate Estates which are also available to day ticket anglers.
The Dean House Farm venue provides a mix of Carp fishing, specimen, pleasure and predator fishing across mature farm lakes with island and marginal features. Stock includes Carp to 40lb+, Pike to 30lb, Catfish to 90lb+, Bream to 8lb, Tench to 10lb and Crucian Carp to 3lb+.
We understand fishing is on a first come basis with the bailiff collecting money on the bank. The nearby farm shop provides breakfasts and lunches for visiting anglers.

Fishing Lakes
Snake Lake: Snake Lake is a long thin winding lake with 30 swims to fish from. The water holds Carp to 15lb along with some good size match fish. The borders of the lake are lined with water plants and shrubs. Lake Depth: 2 - 4ft
Paddock Lake: Paddock lake is a small water just under 1 acre in size with some big fish. The lake is stocked with Carp to 40lb, along with some nice Golden Orfe to 6lb, Tench to 6lb and Crucians to 3lb. Lake Depth: 4 - 6ft
Copse Lake: Copse lake is a specimen Tench water with some beautiful big Tench to 10lb. The lake is just under an acre in size. Lake Depth: 6 - 9ft
Centre Lake: Centre Lake has a good mix of fish species to suit all anglers whether Carp fishing, match or predator fishing. Centre Lake holds Carp to 30lb+, Catfish to 90lb+ and Pike to 30lb as well as other specimen fish species. The lake is 3 acres in size with a large central island and marginal features to fish. Lake Depth: 6 - 11ft
