Dean House Farm Fishing Lakes | Newdigate Estate

Located in the village of Newdigate is Dean House Farm Fishery which is made up of 4 fishing lakes: Snake Lake, Paddock Lake, Copse Lake and Centre Lake. Between the 4 lakes are some lovely specimen fish with carp to 30lb, tench to 8lb, 6lb golden orfe along with catfish to 20lb and pike to 30lb for the predator angler.

The Newdigate Farms Estate is made up of 3 close nit farms all of which have their own group of fishing lakes, Farms include: (Dean House Farm, Stammerham Farm and Greens Farm).

Tanhouse Farm shop is close to the fishery where you can grab a breakfast or lunch all freshly prepared.

Snake Lake - 2 acres snake shaped lake stocked with carp and match fish.
Paddock Lake- a 3/4 acre lake with carp to 20lb, golden orfe and tench.
Copse Lake- 3/4 acre specimen tench lake.
Centre Lake - a 3 acre lake ideal for the carp, predator or match angler.

Snake Lake

Snake lake is a long thin winding lake with 30 swims to fish from. The water holds carp to 15lb along with some good size match fish. The borders of the lake are lined with water plants and shrubs.

Paddock Lake

Paddock lake is a small water just under 1 acre in size. The lake is stocked with carp to 20lb, along with some nice golden orfe to 6lb, tench to 5lb and crucians to 3lb.

Centre Lake

Copse Meadow: £10 (1 rod only).
Over 65's, Disabled and children under 14 = £7 per day for Centre, Paddock, Snake and Guinea lake.

Please note all day tickets must be booked. No entry to fishery before 7:00am.
