Twynersh Fishing Complex

Located in Chertsey, Surrey is Twynersh Fishery, a fishing venue made up of 8 gravel pit lakes. The area was originally an old gravel works that was excavated in the 70's and transformed into mature lakes that are rich with wildlife today. The waters hold some nice specimen fish, the members only lake (PIT 3) holds Carp to 47lb+ and 20lb+ Pike. The day ticket fishing lakes hold some good sized and large Carp, Bream, Tench, Pike, Roach, Perch and other coarse fish.

Twynersh Fishery was selected by Surrey Wildlife Trust as a site of nature conservation importance.

The large Carp in the photograph below is 'Nina' a Common Carp that was caught late 2016 weighing 40.1lb.
