Located near to the village of Ashington in the heart of the West Sussex county is Goose Green Fishery, a fishing complex made up of 6 lakes that are popular with both pleasure and match anglers, the waters hold around 75 pegs between them with many features to fish including lily pads marginal reeds and overhanging shrubs and trees. Woodlands surround the lakes which provides some stunning wildlife where you may spot Buzzards, Nightingale, tree creepers, great tits, long tailed tits....
Pulborough Angling Society have improved the Goose Green Fishing complex over recent years, enlarging, deepening many of the lakes along with re-landscaping, planting trees and shrubs in the surround area. After feedback from Pulborough's Angling Societies less able bodied anglers access to the lakes has also been greatly improved with landscaped pathways, slopes and removal of all steps. Parking is located right next to 5 of the 6 lakes allowing for easy access to the waters edge.

Goose Green Fishery includes the following lakes:
Heron Lake - is stocked with a good head of carp with some nice doubles along with a mix of match fish. Heron is one of the more popular waters at Goose Green's fishing complex with pleasure catches to over 60lb during the summer months.
Canada Lake - is stocked with a number of carp to mid double figures, bream, tench, hybrids, skimmers, crucians, roach and rudd.
Kingfisher Lake (Silvers Lake) - is mainly stocked with tench, bream, hybrids, crucians, skimmers, roach, rudd, gudgeon and a few carp to low double figures.
New Pond - a small pond that has a total of 4 swims, the water is well stocked with tench, carp, skimmers, perch, roach, rudd and crucians.
Deep Lake - holds a good mix of small fish ideal for match fishing with tench small, carp, chub, roach, rudd, perch and gudgeon. Deep lake has had some improvements and is now a much larger lake.
Tench Pond - a water stocked with tench along with a few carp and a number of silvers.
