Menards Carp Fishery
Menards Fishing Lake is situated in a quiet tranquil setting within a 10 acre complex surrounded by mature oak trees
on the edge of St Leonards forest. The 6 acre Specimen Lake is an out and out carpers paradise. Originally being
2 specimen lakes constructed in the late 90's and sympathetically joined together. The lake contains many features
including islands, lily pads, marginal shelves gravel bars and plateaus with depths of up to 12 feet.
There is a large head of English Mirror Carp, Common Carp and Ghost Carp to 40lb+.
Fishing tickets available by Booking Only (you don't need to be a member).
Menards is not only a Carp fishery, it also has Pike to 28lb for the predator angler. The Pike fishing season at
Menards is from 1st Nov to the end of Feb.
Menards Carp Fishery offers a host of facilities to accommodate overnight fishing, long-stay fishing as well as fishing
holidays.
