Edenbridge Angling Society
Edenbridge Angling Society was established over 60 years ago, today it has access to a number of freshwater
coarse fishing waters, lakes and rivers in Kent as well as owning two fishing lakes.

Edenbridge Angling Society Lakes
Burnt Pit, Dormansland
Common carp, mirror carp, tench, perch, roach, rudd. Maximum 6 Anglers.
Chittenden
Common carp, mirror carp, tench, perch, roach, rudd. Lots of carp which reach 30lb.
Nursery Fields
Common carp, mirror carp, tench, perch, roach, rudd. Lots of carp which reach 30lb.
Bodiam
Common carp, mirror carp, tench, bream, chub, perch, roach, skimmers. The water is accessed via the Castle grounds.
Pete's Pond
A large pond lined with reeds and large patches of lily pads stocked with carp and other coarse fish.
Broxham Pond
A small pond lined with a scattering of trees on the waters edge, stocked with carp, roach and other coarse fish.
Weir Wood Reservoir
Weir Wood Reservoir is a 280 acre water located near Forest Row, stocked with pike, mirror carp, common carp, bream, roach, perch, rudd and eels.


Edenbridge Angling Society Rivers
River Eden, Kent
The River Eden is a tributary of the River Medaway which holds eels, pike, carp, roach, rudd, perch and chub . Sizes of fish varies as with all rivers they are a bit of an unknown. The river is fairly narrow in size.
River Rother
The River Rother runs from Rotherfield through Kent and East Sussex to the idyllic town of Rye where the rivers mouth can be found. The water holds a mix of fish species and is very popular with Pike anglers. A number of clubs have access to the river who often run match fishing competitions.
