Club water run by Cranbrook and District Angling Club (no day tickets).


Rosemary lakes consist of 3 well stocked coarse fishing lakes that hold Carp, Ghosties, Perch, Tench and Rudd. Each water is less than an acre in size with some nice features including lilly pads, overhanging trees and shrubs. These waters are ideal for a spot of match fishing.
This water is sometimes used by Cranbrook Angling Club for matches. Please refer to club handbook or website for match dates.

Wood Lake - 3/4 acre shallow lake
The Match Pool - 1/2 acre lake stock with small carp and silver fish
Pads Lake - feature rich 3/4 acre lake
A 3/4 acre lake that is stocked with Ghost Carp to around 10lb, Carp, Tench, Perch and Rudd. A lovely little water with some great features to fish including lilly pads. A fairly shallow water 1 - 4 feet deep.

Pad Lake is rich with features including sets of lilly pads, overhanging trees and shrubs. This 3/4 acre water has plenty of space to fish with 9 swims. Fish species include: Carp, Tench, Perch and Rudd. The fish on this water are in excellent condition, the lake also holds lots of freshwater mussels so the quality of water is very good.

"Silly rules .like no meat baits only mono line,told to take my braid off .never had this before,anywere.then came back and asked to see my hook. in my veiw barbless hooks should be an option,I've seen more damage done with them than barbed hooks.i should have read the notice board before I started fishing,not on my way out. so that's a lesson learnt.all in all a good carp lake .i will visit this fisherie.only as a second option. 5out of ten for sport but 3/10 for silly rules".
