Crowborough & District Angling Club
Crowborough and District Anglers Association also referred to as Crowborough and District Fishing Club provides coarse fishing facilities in Sussex and Kent. It controls stretches of river as well as a number of fishing lakes and ponds including the waters below. The clubs waters offer great carp fishing, pike fishing, predator fishing and match fishing.
Membership
Adult : £55.00
OAP : £40.00
Junior (13-17yrs) : £25.00
Student (18-21yrs) : £40.00
Couple : £80.00
Senior Couple : £60.00
*Club memberships are valid from 1st April until the next 31st March.
*From October 1st each year, half price mid-season memberships are available.
*Under 13's are free when fishing with a senior member or a non-fishing adult who is capable of assisting if required.

Crowborough & District Angling Club Lakes
Danesfield Wood Lake, (Club only)
Danesfield Wood Fishing Lake is well stocked with carp and in 2011 an additional 453 leather, common and mirror were added weighing up to 2lb, the lake also holds Ghost carp.
More House Farm Fishery, Wivelsfield
More House Farm Fishery is no longer controlled by Crowborough and District however Crowborough members can buy tickets at a discounted rate if pre-purchased.


Oast Farm Fishery, Buxted
Oast Farm Fishery is a small pond that is stocked with a number of fish including carp and some good sized roach and rudd. The farm offers fruit picking in the summer and has a large farm shop.




Pennybridge Lake, Crowborough
Pennybridge lake is a 1 acre lake in Crowborough stocked with some large tench, bream, roach, perch and crucian carp.

Scaland Wood, Hadlow Down
Scaland Wood lake is a small, peaceful water that is 3/4 acre in size. The water is stocked with lots of fish including lots of small tench and roach and a number of carp to 12lb.

Underhill Lake, Maresfield
Underhill lake is a small but pretty water that is aproximately 1 acre in size. The water is stocked with many coarse fish including some good sized tench and perch.
Wirgol Ponds, (Club only)
Wirgol ponds are 2 small 1/2 acre waters containing carp to 20lb+, crucian carp to 2lb+, tench to 5lb, roach to 1lb and some good perch. The water is for members and guests only.
Crowborough & District Angling Club Rivers
Eridge Stream, Kent (Club Only)
A charming little stream located on the kent / East Sussex border, ideal for anglers that enjoy fishing for both trout and chub. Crowborough Angling Club has access to around 1 mile of Eridge Stream.
River Rother, East Sussex (Club Only)
The River Rother runs from Rotherfield through Kent and East Sussex to the idyllic town of Rye where the mouth of the river can be found. The water holds a mix of fish species and is very popular with Pike anglers. A number of clubs have access to the river who often run match fishing competitions.
