Oast Farm Fishery, Buxted

Oast Farm Fishery is a small pond that is stocked with a number of fish including carp to nearly 20lb and some good sized roach and rudd to 1lb 8oz. The pond is about quarter of an acre in size. The water is quite often unavailable on sunday's to day ticket anglers due to regular match's. The farm also offers fruit picking in the summer months and has a large farm shop providing a range of food and drink.

Broomham has two waters together covering around 3 acres. The water and surroundings support a lot of wildlife. Broomham lacks in size but makes up in sizable quality of coarse fish. The top pond holds a number of small roach and a few carp.

Normanhurst Lake, Catsfield

Normanhurst is a relaxing, picturess 5 acre kidney shaped lake located in Broomham wood in Catsfield. The water and surroundings support a lot of woodland wildlife. Normanhurst is a profolific water that supports a sizeable number of fish for the match fisherman including some huge tench to 8lb+, and many double figure carp for the carp enthusiast that reach 22lb. Normanhurst is a members only water controlled by Hastings, bexhill and district freshwater angling association.

Wylands Fisheries otherwise known as Wylands International Angling Centre is located on Powdermill Lane which runs in between Battle and Catsfield. Wylands is a well established fishery that spans across 150 acres of relaxing countryside. The waters between them make fishing suitable for any class of angler. Wylands fisheries offers exceptional facilties to the angler including on-site parking, night fishing, camping, caravaning, self catering chalets (sleep 2) static caravans (sleep 6), a snack bar, tackle shop, male, female and disabled toilets and some beautiful county walks.

Wildings Lakes

Wildlings Lake Fishery, Hassocks Angling Club

Wildings Fishery is located in Chailey, East Sussex and made up of two waters a lake and a pond. Both waters hold a mix of fish including Carp up to 25lb and some good sized Tench and are surrounded by overhanging trees, bushes and reeds. The smaller pond often produces better results in match fishing, the larger lake holds the better specimen fish.

Pennybridge Lake

Pennybridge Lake, Crowborough

Pennybridge lake is located in Crowborough near the town centre. The lake was created five years ago using lottery funds and covers 1 acre. The water is controlled by Crowborough and District Anglers Club. The water has two stages designed for disable access. The lake contains some large tench that reach 7lb, bream to 4lb, roach, perch and crucian carp. Pennybridge lake has no close season.

Scaland Wood

Scaland Wood, Jarvis Brook - Club only

Scaland Wood lake is a small, peaceful water that is aproximately 3/4 acre in size. The lake is sheltered by woodland trees and contains features including weed patches, reeds and overhanging trees and bushes. The water is stocked with lots of fish including lots of small tench and roach and a good number of carp to 12lb. Scaland Wood lake is located in between in Jarvis Brook on the outskirts of Crowborough.

Tunnel lake is a small, relaxing woodland water that is aproximately 1/2 an acre in size. The lake contains many features including lilly pads, weed patches, reeds and overhanging trees/bushes. The water is stocked with some nice sized carp and rudd.

Underhill lake is a small but pretty water that is aproximately 1 acre in size. The lake contains many features including lots of lillies, weed patches, reeds and overhanging trees. The water is stocked with many coarse fish including some good sized tench and perch.

Wirgol LakeWirgol Ponds, Crowborough - Club only

Wirgol ponds are two small 1/2 acre waters located between Crowborough and Hadlow Down. Wirgol ponds between them contain some beautiful carp to 20lb+, crucian carp to 2lb 8oz, tench to 5lb, small roach to 1lb and some large perch to 4lb.

Southbourne Lake, Eastbourne

Southbourne Lake is a picturess 5½ acre lake located in Eastbourne by the mini railway. Southbourne Lake has been stocked heavily with large specimen mirror carp which were introduced into the water a couple of years ago. Smaller mirror carp were introduced into Southbourne Lake during the winter of 93/94. There are a number of other fish in abundance including: perch to 1lb, roach 1lb 8oz and bream to 6lb.

Weir Wood Reservoir is a 280 acre water located in the Sussex weald by the village of Forest Row next to the Ashdown forest. The reservoir is stocked with a wide range of fish with some good specimen carp and pike to over 30lbs along with bream to 14lb plus a mix of match fish species. Ideal for all anglers whether fly fishing, pike angling, carping or coarse fishing.

Facilities
Cafe and onsite fishing tackle shop that stocks essential baits and fishing tackle, fly fishing rods and reels. Fishing nets, rods and reels are also avialable to hire.

Tanyard Fisheries is made up of seven lakes: three general lakes, one carp free lake, and three specimen lakes. The lakes between them hold most species of fish including:- common carp, mirror carp, crucian carp, bream, tench, roach, rudd, pumpkinseed, perch, pike, catfish, and eels. The fish are in perfect condition and there are many specimen fish including carp to 38lb+, tench to 8lb 8oz, bream to 7lb, perch to 4lb, catfish to 41lb, and pike to 30lb. Tanyard Fisheries is located in Furners Green near Haywards Heath in East Sussex.

Holmes Hill Fishery

Holmes Hill Fishery, Golden Cross

Holmes Hill Fishery is situated in East Sussex at Golden Cross between Hailsham and Uckfield. The fishery comprises of two lakes Osprey (top lake) and the more recently built Horizon (bottom lake). Thousand of pounds have been put into stocking the newly built lake with carp to around 5lb. Both fishery lakes are stocked with a number of small carp, Osprey lake also holds roach, chub and perch to 2 1/2lb.

Wishing Tree Reservoir is a highly profolific water that hosts a large variety of fish of various sizes. The water is renowned for its large amounts of carp. Wishing Tree Reservoirs competition catches in the past have resulted in the winner bagging a catch of over 130lb with 2nd and 3rd places with similar sized catches. The egg shaped lake covers aproximately 6 acres of water. The reservoir is stocked predominately with common carp that average 3-10lb with the odd mirror that reaches 20lb. The water also holds tench to 2lb, roach and rudd to 1lb 8oz, small perch and eels to 1lb and one catfish that was last caught at 18lb
